Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer An established and growing Ontario\-based plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced **Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer** to assume full carriage of files from inception through resolution. This is a high\-performance, results\-driven contingency practice. The successful candidate will independently manage a full litigation caseload and be accountable for driving matters forward efficiently and strategically. **Minimum Requirement:** Applicants must have at least **3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience** . Candidates without this experience will not be considered. The Opportunity * Full carriage of plaintiff personal injury files from intake through discovery, mediation, pre\-trial, and trial * Work independently with a dedicated law clerk or paralegal * Develop case strategy and advance files proactively toward timely resolution * Meet with clients and build strong cases from pre\-litigation through trial * Plan cases quarterly to ensure readiness for resolution * Maintain consistent, fair, and reasonable settlement progress * Collaborate with colleagues on case development and litigation strategy * Engage in ongoing professional development, including CLE, case law review, and legal conferences Location \& Work Model Candidates ideally reside in Eastern Ontario or the GTA. However, exceptional candidates may be based anywhere in Ontario, provided they are willing to travel periodically to Toronto and Ottawa.
