**Position:** Content Evaluation Specialist (Law / Human Rights) **Type:** Hourly contract **Compensation:** $ 10 \- $16/hr **Location:** India (Delhi, on\-site) **Commitment:** 10 to 40 hours per week **Role Responsibilities** * Review and evaluate AI generated content for legal accuracy, policy alignment, and guideline compliance. * Execute scripted and exploratory prompts to assess AI behavior in legal and human rights scenarios. * Apply structured labeling and evaluation frameworks with consistency and precision. * Document findings clearly, objectively, and systematically to support research analysis. * Maintain impartiality when assessing sensitive, nuanced, or legally complex content. * Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency across evaluators. * Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine evaluation criteria and workflows. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or final year enrollment in Law, Legal Studies, Human Rights, or a related field. * Strong objectivity and advanced ethical reasoning skills. * Proven ability to analyze nuanced, ambiguous, or sensitive legal language. * Excellent English reading comprehension with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Exceptional attention to detail and analytical accuracy. * Ability to evaluate challenging content with neutrality and professionalism. * Comfort working on site in Delhi within a collaborative team environment. **Application Process (Takes 20 Min)** * Upload resume * Interview (15 min) * Submit form
