Ladies Salon Manager

**Pay:** 6,000\.00 (AED) \- 8,000\.00 (AED) per month Job description: The Salon Manager will be fully responsible for the commercial, operational, and people management of the salon. This role requires a hands\-on leader with proven experience running a successful Beauty Salon in UAE. Job Title: Ladies Salon Manager Key Responsibilities: Operations \& Service Excellence: * Oversee daily salon operations ensuring smooth, efficient and professional service delivery. Manage day\-to\-day salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance * Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, customer care and service quality. Drive commercial performance, sales growth, and profitability * Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team, including recruitment, training, and performance management Financial \& P\&L Management: * Own and manage the salon's P\&L, including revenue targets, cost control and profitability. Manage budgets, control costs, and demonstrate strong financial understanding (P\&L, targets, KPIs) * Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against targets * Control expenses, manage stock levels, reduce wastage and improve margins * Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients * Ensure excellent customer experience and high service standards * Monitor stock, suppliers, and operational procedures Sales, Growth \& Client Retention: * Drive revenue growth across services, packages, memberships and retail products * Implement sales strategies, promotions and upselling techniques * Increase pre\-bookings, repeat visits, and average bill value * Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, offers and customer engagement initiatives **Key Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar leadership role * Strong commercial and operational management skills * Excellent people management and leadership abilities * Solid financial understanding and business acumen * Knowledge of marketing, promotions, and client retention strategies * Strong communication and organizational skills * High integrity and professionalism * Passionate about beauty, service and customer experience * Organized, detail oriented and process focused Job Type: Full\-time Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED6,000\.00 \- AED8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
