**Job Purpose**
The Senior Account Manager will oversee and nurture client relationships within the blue\-collar staffing sector, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. This role demands a proactive approach to managing accounts, understanding client needs, and driving operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**
**Client Relationship Management**
: Maintain and strengthen client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
**Account Growth and Retention**
: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, supporting business growth through client retention and satisfaction.
**Communication and Coordination**
: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood, documented, and executed.
**Problem Resolution**
: Proactively address and resolve any issues, working closely with operational teams to deliver timely and satisfactory outcomes for clients.
**Market and Industry Knowledge**
: Stay informed about market trends in the blue\-collar staffing sector to provide clients with up\-to\-date insights and enhance service offerings.
**Reporting and Feedback**
: Prepare regular reports for clients on staffing performance and gather feedback to continually improve client satisfaction.
**Requirements**
**Experience:**
Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE staffing industry, specifically in blue\-collar.
**Skills:**
Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
**Knowledge:**
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and blue\-collar staffing requirements.
**Language:**
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
