Job Description
**Role Description:** We are seeking a **dedicated and results\-driven Key Account Manager** with **experience managing multiple client accounts** across a variety of industries, including **FMCG, retail and more** . This full\-time, on\-site role is located in **Pine Avenue, Lahore** , near **Lake City** . The Key Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and growth of key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long\-term partnerships. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with a **diverse range of clients** , identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Develop and maintain relationships** with key clients across multiple industries, including FMCG, tech, retail, and more. * **Identify new business opportunities** within existing accounts to expand product offerings and services, driving revenue growth. * **Collaborate with internal teams** (creative, digital marketing, PR, etc.) to deliver customized solutions that align with each client’s business objectives. * **Monitor account performance** and ensure results are aligned with clients' KPIs and goals, optimizing strategies for maximum growth and satisfaction. * **Create and execute strategic account plans** to ensure long\-term client success, nurturing relationships through regular communication and feedback. **Qualifications:** * **Proven experience in Account Management** , with the ability to handle **multiple client accounts** across diverse industries such as **FMCG, retail, and services** . * Strong skills in **business planning** , **data\-driven strategies** , and **performance management** to meet clients' objectives. * **Excellent customer service skills** with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction, managing expectations, and maintaining long\-term partnerships. * Proven ability to **collaborate across departments** (creative, digital marketing, media, etc.) and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * **Bachelor's degree** in **Business** , **Marketing** , or a related field. * **Excellent communication** , **negotiation** , and **presentation skills** . * Prior experience working with **diverse industries** (including but not limited to FMCG) is highly preferred.
