**About the Role** We are looking for a Key Account Manager to support and grow Sahajan’s retail business across Sephora Canada and key partners including The Detox Market, Credo Beauty, and other specialty retailers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by the idea of building and growing alongside a brand with strong momentum. The right candidate is commercially minded, detail\-oriented, and energized by the opportunity to contribute to something that is scaling in a meaningful way. You will play an important role in managing day\-to\-day retailer relationships, driving sell\-in and sell\-through, and ensuring strong execution across all retail touchpoints, while working closely with cross\-functional teams across the business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and marketing, and is well suited to someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. **Key Responsibilities** **Account Management \& Retail Partnerships** * Support the day\-to\-day management of Sephora Canada, across both online and in\-store channels * Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners including Sephora Canada, The Detox Market, Credo Beauty, and emerging accounts * Act as a primary point of contact for retailer communications, ensuring timely and professional follow\-up * Coordinate retailer meetings including scheduling, agenda development, and presentation preparation * Support execution of key retail moments including launches, promotions, and in\-store activations **Sell\-In \& Sell\-Through** * Support both sell\-in and sell\-through across all retail partners, with a strong focus on performance at the store level * Monitor in\-store performance and flag risks early, particularly around key promotional moments such as SSE and VIB * Partner with retailers and internal teams to improve merchandising, visibility, and in\-store conversion * Identify opportunities to drive incremental growth through programming, education, and in\-store presence **Freelance \& Field Team Coordination** * Support the coordination of freelance brand ambassadors and in\-store support teams * Help manage scheduling, communication, and priorities for field teams * Ensure strong execution and brand representation at the store level * Gather insights from the field and share back with the broader team **Sales Planning \& Performance** * Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance across accounts and identify risks and opportunities * Support forecasting and replenishment planning in partnership with Operations * Track and analyze promotional performance across retail partners * Identify opportunities to drive incremental growth through merchandising, programming, and assortment **Data \& Reporting** * Build and maintain internal trackers for sales, inventory, and key account metrics * Analyze sell\-through, inventory levels, and launch performance * Translate data into clear insights and recommendations **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment across forecasting, launches, and promotions * Support go\-to\-market execution for new product launches across retail partners * Bring forward retailer and in\-store insights to inform broader strategy **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field * 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in beauty or consumer goods * Experience working with Sephora (Canada or US) is strongly preferred * A valid driver's license and reliable access to a car when required * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel and reporting tools * Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Proactive, resourceful, and willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done * Passion for beauty, wellness, and the Sahajan brand **Location** * Toronto preferred (hybrid, 2 days per week in office) * Open to exceptional candidates based in other locations To apply, please send an email with your resume directly to hr@sahajan.com **What You Can Expect** * Strong, engaged leadership with clear direction, high standards, and thoughtful execution * A performance\-oriented environment where accountability, follow\-through, and results matter * The opportunity to take real ownership and see the direct impact of your work across key retail partners * A collaborative, supportive team that values curiosity, respect, and doing things the right way * A culture that prioritizes wellness and sustainable performance, recognizing that long\-term success requires balance **About Sahajan** Sahajan is the first clinically proven skincare brand based on the Ancient Science of Ayurveda.
