Job Description
**Hiring: Key Accounts Manager (LPG / NG Systems)**
**Location:**
Abu Dhabi, UAE
**Reports to:**
Commercial / Sales Manager
**Role Purpose**
We are looking for a strategic and relationship\-driven
**Key Accounts Manager**
to oversee our portfolio of major commercial, industrial, and residential clients. In this role, you will be the bridge between our key stakeholders and our internal operations, ensuring seamless gas supply, high service quality, and long\-term business retention within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Relationship Management:**
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of major accounts, building strong, long\-term partnerships.
* **Operational Coordination:**
Work closely with the O\&M and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted services and prompt resolution of any service issues.
* **Contractual Oversight:**
Manage the full lifecycle of client contracts, including service agreements, renewals, negotiations, and compliance monitoring.
* **Service Excellence:**
Track and ensure adherence to KPIs (response times, supply reliability) and conduct regular performance reviews with clients.
* **Growth \& Development:**
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and support the onboarding of new key clients.
* **Regulatory Compliance:**
Ensure all client\-related activities align with
**ADNOC, DOE**
, and other Abu Dhabi safety and technical standards.
**Qualifications \& Requirements**
* **Experience:**
Minimum
**2 years**
of experience in Key Account Management. Experience in the
**LPG, gas, or utilities**
sector is highly preferred.
* **Technical Familiarity:**
A solid understanding of gas distribution systems and customer relationship management in technical industries.
* **Skills:**
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
* **Local Insight:**
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s regulatory landscape for gas systems.
