**Key Account Manager, Nordic Region** **Location:** Nordic Region (Hybrid / Remote) **Department:** Sales \& Retail Operations \| veSync Europe **Overview** As a Key Account Manager for the **Nordic region** , you will be responsible for driving veSync’s retail growth and strengthening relationships with key retail and distribution partners across the Nordic markets. You will manage daily account operations, execute channel and product strategies, and ensure sales targets, profitability, and brand visibility are achieved across both offline and online platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of the **Nordic retail ecosystem** , hands\-on experience managing major retail accounts, and a passion for building long\-term partnerships that contribute to veSync’s sustained market success. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Key Account Management \& Business Growth** * Manage and grow key retail and distribution accounts across the Nordic region (e.g. Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). * Develop and implement annual business plans with partners, covering assortment, pricing, promotions, and in\-store visibility. * Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability across assigned accounts. **2\. Channel Execution \& Retail Operations** * Support the development of retail and e\-commerce channels through efficient sales execution. * Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory allocation, and on\-time delivery. * Track sell\-in and sell\-out performance, identify risks, and propose corrective actions. **3\. Commercial \& Product Strategy Support** * Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to align product portfolio and pricing strategy with Nordic market trends. * Monitor competitors and market dynamics to optimize product positioning and trade terms. * Participate in negotiations on assortment, pricing, rebates, and co\-marketing investments. **4\. Trade Marketing \& Promotion Execution** * Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute retail campaigns and seasonal activations (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Summer Sales). * Ensure strong in\-store visibility and consistent brand presentation across all retail touchpoints. * Track ROI and performance of trade marketing initiatives. **5\. Reporting \& Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, account reports, and performance reviews. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure operational excellence. * Provide local insights and feedback to support regional business strategy and planning. **Requirements** **Education \& Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. * 7–10 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or lifestyle products. * Proven experience managing major retail accounts within the Nordic region. * Strong understanding of Nordic retail ecosystems, both offline and online. **Core Competencies** * Account Ownership * Negotiation \& Communication * Analytical \& Commercial Acumen * Adaptability \& Execution **Languages** * Fluent in **English** * One or more Nordic languages (e.g. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is a strong plus **Key Metrics** * Sales and revenue growth by account * Retail sell\-out and inventory turnover * Promotion and campaign ROI * Customer satisfaction and partnership depth * Forecast accuracy and delivery performance **Soft Skills** * Communication * Collaboration * Resilience * Result Orientation * Growth Mindset The ideal candidate is a commercially driven, results\-oriented account manager with a deep understanding of the Nordic retail environment.
