Key Account Manager - Ecommerce

**Luxury Personified LLP** **Job Title:** Key Account Manager – E\-commerce Experience Required: 4 \- 7Years **Role Objective** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and agile Key Account Manager to support our growing e\-commerce business on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. This role demands hands\-on knowledge of marketplace, operations, catalogue hygiene, fulfilment processes, return management, and a strong understanding of promotional strategies. The ideal candidate should be operationally sound and analytically inclined to contribute to daily growth and long\-term goals. Key Responsibilities. • Manage and grow brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. • Hands\-on execution and oversight of Amazon FBA and Flipkart Fulfilment processes. • Ensure 100% catalogue hygiene with timely updates of product information, images, and keywords. • Keep pace with latest advertising features, algorithm changes, and marketplace policies. • Manage customer returns, cancellations, and reverse logistics processes efficiently. • Handle end\-to\-end operations including product listings, promotions, pricing, deals, and discounts. • Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues on Amazon \& Flipkart with speed and accuracy. • Track and analyse performance data to identify gaps, improve listings, and drive conversion. • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account health, and competitive insights. **Education:** UG – Any Graduate **Why Join Luxury Personified?** This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team that is shaping the future of premium consumer electronics online.
