**About the Company** \- Hayat Pakistan Private Limited is a Turkey based Organization having its renowned brand Molfix, Bebem, Good Care Natural, Good Care Regular, Molped, Papia, Familia \& Evony Masks. **About the Role** \- Currently, we are seeking a passionate and performance\-driven professional to join our Sales team and take charge of our Key Accounts in the Central region. **Responsibilities** \- * Drive the development and execution of robust sales strategies for the Modern Trade channel to deliver sustainable growth in volume, value, and market share across the region. * Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key modern trade customers, including national and regional chains, to build long\-term business value. * Lead annual joint business planning (JBP) negotiations, including commercial terms, margin structures, promotional calendars, and in\-store activation plans. * Ensure best\-in\-class execution at the point of sale by optimizing product assortment, shelf availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across all modern trade outlets. * Monitor and analyze category performance, shopper behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and enhance commercial strategies. * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Distributor Partners) to ensure flawless execution and operational excellence. * Manage and optimize trade investment, sales forecasting, and channel budgets to drive efficiency and maximize ROI. * Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to track performance, align on priorities, and course\-correct strategies when needed. **Qualifications** \- * Proven experience in modern trade sales within the FMCG industry. * Strong negotiation, conflict management, relationship management, and analytical skills. * Ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets. * Excellent communication, presentation \& team management skills. * Computer skills including MS Office such as outlook, word, excel, and PowerPoint. * Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
