We offer a collaborative manufacturing environment where employees can grow and succeed. **Why work with us?** * Health benefits * Dental benefits * RRSP matching * 3 weeks vacation annually * $200 annual shoe allowance * Company events (BBQ, Christmas Party, Golf Tournament and more!) * Birthday gift **Key Responsibilities** *Strategic Account Ownership* * Serve as the primary representative for designated OEM/Tier 1 accounts. * Develop and execute account strategies aligned with long\-term business growth objectives. * Cultivate trusted relationships with customer purchasing, engineering, advanced development, and program teams.   *Sales \& Commercial Management* * Manage RFQ responses, quotations, commercial negotiations, and contract review. * Identify new business opportunities, upcoming vehicle programs, and product expansion potential. * Develop annual sales forecasts and support corporate strategic planning. * Manage pricing, tooling amortization, contract compliance and support A/R. * Process owner for QMS K1 and stakeholder for related project milestones * Analyze program profitability, margin performance, and market pricing trends.   *Cross\-Functional Collaboration* * Work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to support customer expectations and business development activities. * Support launch readiness from a commercial standpoint, ensuring commitments are aligned. * Lead business reviews with customers and internal leadership teams.   *Market \& Industry Insight* * Plan and participate in trade shows, conferences and industry events to promote our products * Monitor competitive landscape, automotive trends, and OEM model cycles. * Provide input on product development opportunities and customer\-specific technology needs.   **Education \& Professional Experience** **Required** * Post Secondary Education in Business, Engineering, or related field. * 5\+ years of sales experience within automotive industry. * Strong understanding of OEM purchasing processes, RFQs, quoting, and commercial negotiations. * Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard * Proficient in Microsoft applications and operational ERP software * International travel required approx. 30\-40% **Skills and Abilities** * Exceptional communication, relationship\-building, and negotiation skills. * Ability to create and submit proposals, lead customer meetings, negotiations, and cross‑functional reviews. * Skilled at prioritizing high‑value opportunities and managing risk. * Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis capability. * Strong English communication skills; German considered an asset **Physical Demands** * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, computer, or in meetings. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when visiting the production floor or customer sites. * Occasional lifting of materials, samples, or documents up to 20 lbs (9 kg). * Regular use of hands for typing, writing, and handling documents or product samples. * Exposure to manufacturing environments, requiring adherence to PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel‑toe shoes when applicable. **Health and Safety Responsibility** * Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and company safety policies * Wear required PPE at all times * Report hazards, injuries, or near misses immediately * Participate in safety training * Follow machine guarding and lockout/tagout procedures where applicable * Follow all ESD requirements and wear CSA approved footwear   Please send resume \& cover letter to: hr\-drivetec@burger\-group.com
