We're looking for someone who thrives on solving problems on their own, learns quickly, and doesn't need hand\-holding. If you're the kind of developer who can figure things out, you'll fit right in. 📍 On\-Site \| 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM **Responsibilities:** • Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision. • Research and implement solutions to technical challenges on your own. • Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code. • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including designers and product managers, when needed. • Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack. • Build RESTful APIs and integrate third\-party services. • Ensure responsive design and smooth UI/UX across devices. **Requirements:** • 1–2 years of hands\-on development experience with the MERN stack. • A strong self\-learning mindset.
