CNS also has state\-of\-the\-art network operation centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai that develop in\-house software and applications providing end\-to\-end solutions to our customers and partners. **Job Description** We are looking for a Junior Software Developer \- Emirati Talent to join our R\&D team, contributing to the development of fintech solutions including digital platforms, analytics dashboards, and backend services. The role offers exposure to real\-world banking and analytics use cases, with opportunities to grow into advanced development, presales, or implementation roles. * Assist in developing web applications and analytics dashboards * Support backend development using Python (Flask or similar frameworks) * Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting and data processing * Contribute to BI dashboards (e.g., Superset or similar tools) * Perform testing, debugging, and code enhancements * Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control processes * Support deployment and basic production troubleshooting * Collaborate with R\&D, presales, and delivery teams when required **Qualifications** **Qualifications:\-** * degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field * 0–2 years experience (internships/projects acceptable) **Skills:\-** Required: * Basic understanding of: + JavaScript, HTML, CSS + Python (Flask or similar) + SQL (Postgres/MySQL/MSSQL) * Familiarity with Git and version control * Understanding of SDLC fundamentals * Analytical thinking and problem\-solving mindset Preferred: * Exposure to ReactJS / Angular * Basic knowledge of BI tools or dashboards * Awareness of Docker or containerization * Interest in fintech, banking, or analytics **Additional Information** *Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.*
