**About us:**
We are working with a well\-established international organisation in the entertainment industry and are currently hiring for a Legal Counsel role. The business operates across multiple markets and works with global partners and stakeholders, delivering a range of services and experiences to professional communities worldwide. With a strong collaborative culture and international reach, they place significant value on their legal function as a strategic partner to the business, supporting both compliance and commercial growth.
**The role:**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior Legal Counsel to join a dynamic legal team supporting a global portfolio of brands. Reporting to a Head of Legal, this role will play a key part in providing pragmatic legal advice across a broad range of commercial and operational matters.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, helping ensure legal compliance while enabling commercial objectives across multiple international markets. The role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders and occasional engagement with external counsel.
**Key responsibilities:**
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including venue contracts, customer terms and conditions, supplier agreements, IT agreements, marketing and barter agreements, licensing arrangements, NDAs and procurement RFP documentation.
* Maintaining and updating legal templates to reflect evolving business policies, regulatory requirements and risk considerations.
* Providing day\-to\-day legal support across the business by responding to ad hoc legal queries.
**About you:**
* Qualified lawyer in England \& Wales
* NQ–2 years’ PQE.
* Experience gained within a reputable law firm, with exposure to commercial matters; secondment or in\-house experience would be advantageous.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities.
* Collaborative mindset with the enthusiasm to contribute to a high\-performing and supportive team culture.
