We are **WSP** . **The Opportunity** **Your Impact Starts Here \-** As a Junior Environmental Engineer / EIT in our **Prairies \& North** region, you will contribute to meaningful environmental projects that support resilient communities and sustainable development. You’ll grow your technical skills while collaborating with industry‑leading specialists who are shaping Canada’s environmental future. **Your Impact** * Support field programs for contaminated sites, including Phase I/II ESAs, soil and groundwater sampling, remediation, and monitoring activities. * Assist with data collection, data management, and preparation of technical deliverables related to site assessment and remediation. * Contribute to environmental engineering design tasks for remediation systems and site‑specific solutions under the guidance of senior professionals. * Participate in environmental impact studies, risk assessments, permitting, and regulatory submissions. * Apply relevant provincial and federal environmental regulations, with a focus on contaminated sites guidance and standards. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Prairies \& North region to advance environmental and remediation projects. **The Skills That Set You Apart** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related engineering discipline. * Registered, or eligible to register, as an Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT). * Experience with fieldwork in environmental assessment, remediation, or monitoring. * Familiarity with tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, environmental sampling equipment, or data analysis software. * A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn from seasoned environmental practitioners. * Ability to travel for project work across the Prairies \& North region. **Why Choose WSP?** We exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
