Working closely with senior team members, you will play a key role in managing client requests and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. **Key responsibilities** * Managing client requests across luxury travel, dining, and bespoke experiences * Supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional, detail\-driven service * Attending industry events and assisting in building and nurturing key relationships * Acting as a point of contact for UHNWI, family offices, and corporate clients * Maintaining accurate client profiles to support personalised service delivery **About you** * Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills * Background in luxury hospitality, client services, or lifestyle management * Highly organised, discreet, and solutions\-oriented * Able to thrive in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment * Passionate about delivering a world\-class client experience   If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
