Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Record, review, and process daily financial transactions, including **Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries**.
* Perform **bank and credit card reconciliations** to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
* Manage **petty cash reconciliation**, including reviewing receipts, maintaining records in Google Sheets, and updating transactions in **Zoho Books**
* Assist senior finance team members in preparing and completing **account reconciliations**.
* Maintain and update **vendor bill allocations and related summaries**.
* Conduct **daily reconciliations of bank accounts and digital wallets** to ensure transaction accuracy.
Requirements
**Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field like M.Com, MBA finance, CA Inter, ACCA
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ZOHO books) is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* 3\-5 years of experience maximum.
