Jr. Engineer for Real Estate - Moshi Location

**Job Summary** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Junior Engineer – Execution with hands\-on experience in real estate construction projects. The candidate must have strong exposure to Mivan shuttering systems, RCC works, and finishing activities, ensuring timely and quality project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute day\-to\-day site activities as per project plans and timelines * Supervise and monitor Mivan formwork activities, ensuring proper alignment, quality, and safety compliance * Oversee RCC works including slab, beam, column, and wall construction * Manage and coordinate finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and fixtures * Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow * Track material usage and ensure minimal wastage * Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations * Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution Skills: construction,real estate,project
