**JOINERY PROJECT MANAGER**
RT Joinery Services are a well\-established and well respected manufacturer of bespoke joinery and cabinetry for the leisure and retail sector. Our high class work can be seen in many of London’s bars, restaurants, clubs and hotels including Harrods, Soho House, the Ivy Collection and Hawksmoor. Whilst much of our work is for London based projects, our joinery has also been installed across the country, most recently on high end projects in Manchester, Bath and Birmingham and as far afield as Chicago and Paris.
We also undertake exclusive high end residential work. Working with well\-known design and architectural houses, our work has been fitted in many celebrity homes and high end residences around the country.
We have recently moved into new state of the art premises as we continue to expand our business, modernise our processes, and continue to develop and improve our CNC capability. We have a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join our reputable company on a permanent basis as we grow and develop.
**About the Role**
Based in our Huntingdon office the successful candidate will be responsible for;
· Management of individual projects once awarded
· Producing job tickets, detailing construction techniques, materials and finishes
· Ordering materials and obtaining competitive prices
· Liaising with Main Contractors to ensure projects are programmed to meet site requirements and are delivered on time
· Liaising with Client Project Teams to ensure works are carried out to meet their requirements
· Liaising with the Managing Director on programming and capability.
· Producing DWG CAD drawings for client approval/workshop manufacture including cut lists for CNC.
· Liaising with Production Management, CNC \& Sprayshop personnel to ensure projects flow through the workshop correctly \& in the right order.
· Extraction of detailed information from client supplied specifications for all aspects of joinery required for a project.
· Producing delivery documentation and preparing consignments for delivery to site.
· Producing cost reports \& job costing to ensure all projects are as quoted.
· Providing additional quotes to clients for extra items required on projects.
· Occasional estimating for new tender packages when required.
Occasional travel to attend site meetings will be required which will be fully funded by the company.
**About the Candidate**
The ideal candidate will be working closely with the Managing Director and the delivery team ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the correct specification, on budget and meet the Company’s high standards. They will;
· Have excellent time management skills, able to prioritise and manage work ensuring deadlines (often tight) are met.
· Be from a Joinery background.
· Be able to fully interpret client drawings and Bills of Quantity, identifying materials and processes required to deliver the works.
· Understand the impact of client terms and conditions on the delivery of projects and acquisition of materials.
· Be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
· Be able to demonstrate their analytical and problem\-solving skills.
· Have good IT skills, specifically operating with the MS Office suite, inc Excel \& Word
· Previous Production Management experience in a joinery workshop.
· AutoCAD experience essential
