The selected candidate will manage various tasks, including collaborating with cross\-functional teams, meeting operational targets, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities will also include ensuring high\-quality performance metrics, resolving client inquiries promptly, and contributing to team success through effective communication and teamwork. **Qualifications** * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Problem\-solving and analytical skills for handling customer inquiries and operational tasks. * Proficiency in using digital tools, technology platforms, or software relevant to business process management. * Teamwork and collaboration capabilities to create a productive and motivational work environment. * Prior customer service or BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet performance goals. * High school diploma or equivalent qualification; higher education or certifications are advantageous.
