**Job Summary** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant \& Toddler to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way. **Duties** * Develop and implement age\-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. * Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. * Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. * Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary. * Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while managing time effectively during daily activities. * Utilize technology for classroom management, lesson planning, and communication purposes. **Experience** * A degree in Early Childhood Education and Infant \& Toddler certificate * Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential. * Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. * Strong communication skills * Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing classroom dynamics effectively. * Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
