Job Description
***L1 IT Support Engineer***
**Location:** Uppsala, Sweden
**Start Date:** As soon as possible
**Type:** Full\-time / On\-site
***Responsibilities***
As a L1 Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing **first\-level technical support** to all users for hardware and software managed by the IT department.
**Your duties will include:**
* Providing frontline assistance and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Installing, configuring, and deploying IT equipment (PCs, peripherals, etc.).
* Coordinating and/or performing hands\-on repairs and replacements of PC components.
* Installing and updating software, configuring hardware, systems, and applications.
* Logging and managing incidents, service requests, and problems using **ServiceNow**, following **ITIL standards**.
* Escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
**Qualifications**
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in IT support or a similar technical role.
* Strong knowledge of **Windows OS**, **Microsoft Office 365**, and general PC troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with **ITIL** processes (incident, problem, request management).
* Hands\-on experience with **ServiceNow** or similar ticketing tools.
* Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
* **Fluent in local language (required)** and able to communicate in **English**.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 300 000,00kr \- 360 000,00kr per year
