**National Account Manager – International Distributors**
**Global Beauty, Cosmetics and Skincare Company**
**Location:**
London (3 days in the office, 2 days home)
**Package:**
£50,000–£57,000 \+ benefits (early Friday finishes, product discounts, pension, PMI)
**Type:**
Full\-time, Permanent
We’re partnering with a market\-leading global beauty, cosmetics and skincare brand that continues to win the hearts and minds of consumers worldwide.
As the business continues its strong international growth, they are looking for a
**National Account Manager based from their London office to manage and grow their global distributor network across 12 international markets.**
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well\-established beauty brand supplying leading UK retailers and online platforms, while also driving growth through international distributor partners across regions including the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
**The Role**
You’ll be responsible for managing distributor relationships and delivering sustainable commercial growth across multiple international markets. Key markets include regions such as Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Israel, India, Morocco, Thailand, Panama, Malaysia and South Africa, giving this role a truly global remit.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and develop relationships with international distributor partners
* Drive sales growth through strong commercial account management
* Lead joint business planning, pricing strategy, promotions and marketing activations
* Align global product launches and NPD with distributor partners
* Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
* Forecast sales performance and manage commercial targets
* Work cross\-functionally with internal teams across sales, marketing and supply chain
* Identify opportunities to expand distribution into new markets
**About You**
* Experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, Distributor Account Management or International Sales
* Experience managing distributor partners or international accounts
* Beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or consumer goods experience is advantageous but not essential
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset
* Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse sales data
* A proactive, relationship\-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple markets
