Job Description
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will collaborate with our sales team and R\&D department to ensure customers receive the correct technical solution. You will manage quotation requests, provide technical information, and follow cases throughout the sales process. The role involves daily contact with customers as well as internal departments. Key responsibilities · Manage and develop customer relationships via phone, email, and digital meetings · Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions · Prepare quotations and follow up on business opportunities · Receive and process new customer orders · Prepare and issue order confirmations · Coordinate and verify order details internally with both the Sales team and the Project Department · Support the sales team with technical product knowledge · Coordinate internally to ensure accurate documentation and deliveries · Support product and marketing\-related activities when needed Your profile We are looking for someone with: Experience in technical sales or inside sales, preferably within B2B Technical education or a strong documented technical interest Good communication skills and the ability to build trust A structured way of working and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good command of Swedish and English Meritorious: experience from industrial environments, machining, automation, electrical work, or related technical areas. tps://hubs.li/Q043BNvy0
