Job Description
We are looking for
**Industrial Relations professional**
to strategize and manage plant\-level operations, ensuring a high\-performance culture and full compliance with Labor Laws and QHSE standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Industrial Relations \& CBA:**
Lead collective bargaining unit (CBA) settlements, manage staff increments/promotions, and oversee Industrial Peace Bonuses to maintain cordial management\-labor relations.
* **Legal \& Compliance:**
Ensure 100% compliance with Labor Laws, the Factory Act, and Social Security (PESSI/EOBI/WPPF). Manage employee litigations in liaison with legal advisors.
* **Stakeholder Management:**
Maintain relationships with government regulatory bodies and manage annual labor inspections.
* **Third\-Party Management:**
Oversee contract management for daily wage/third\-party employees, ensuring vendor compliance with minimum wage and statutory requirements.
* **Service Delivery:**
Lead HR operations including leave/attendance, medical reimbursements (OPD/IPD), final settlements, and HRIS management.
* **QHSE \& Risk:**
Implement QHSE requirements, participate in D\-Level meetings, and maintain the HR Risk Register and Competency Index.
**Qualifications**
* **Education:**
MBA or equivalent.
* **Experience:**
Minimum 10 years in Employee/Industrial Relations.
* **Expertise:**
Proven track record in CBA management and navigating government institutes (Labor Dept, EOBI, PESSI).
