Job Description
Urgently Looking for
**Dialysis Incharge**
for our Hospital.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the daily operations of the dialysis center, ensuring high\-quality patient care.
* Supervise and support the dialysis staff, including nurses and technicians.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Monitor patient outcomes and address any issues or concerns.
* Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
**Job Requirements:**
* Registered Nurse (RN) with Valid PNC or Dialysis Technician Diploma from Sindh Medical Faculty.
* Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience in dialysis care.
* Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
* Strong understanding of dialysis equipment, procedures, and protocols.
