**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative located in Karachi (PECHS). The role involves providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. Day\-to\-day tasks will include handling customer communications via multiple channels, understanding customer needs, and maintaining accurate records of interactions to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Qualifications**
* Strong capabilities in Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving customer queries effectively
* Proven ability in driving Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with a diverse clientele
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technology
* Problem\-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Fluency in spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is a plus
