A property lawyer typically handle legal matters related to property and real estate. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. **Property Transactions** : * Assisting in buying, selling, leasing, or renting property. * Drafting and reviewing property sale agreements, sale deeds and other legal documents. * Conducting due diligence on the property’s title and ownership history. 1. **Documentation** : * Preparing and registering property related documents, such as sale deeds, gift deeds, partition deeds. * Ensuring all necessary documents are legally compliant. 1. **Legal Support** : * Advising clients on property\-related laws and regulations in Karnataka. * Providing guidance on government schemes, property taxes, and registration charges. 1. **Risk Management** : * Identify and mitigate potential legal risks to the organization. * Support the implementation of risk management strategies. 5\.       **Site Visits** : ·                 Visit property sites in Doddaballapura to inspect and verify details related to   ownership, boundaries, and encroachments. ·       Liaise with surveyors and local authorities during site visits to resolve dosputes or clarify property details. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Education** : * Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. * Enrolment in the Bar Council of India is preferred. * **Skills** : * Strong understanding of Indian corporate law, contract law, and compliance regulations. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical, research, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in using MS Office and legal research tools. * **Experience** : * Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in corporate legal roles are encouraged to apply. **Desired Attributes:** * High level of integrity and professionalism. * Eagerness to learn and grow in a corporate legal role. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
