Visit our website at https://www.ctbcbank.com/twrbo/en\_tw/index\_en.html **JOB OPPORTUNITY:** **INDUSTRY: Commercial Banking** **POSITION: In\-House Legal Counsel** **LOCATION: Manhattan, NY** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide legal support and guidance to the loan department on commercial and real estate lending matters. * Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and related contracts. * Prepare loan documentation for C\&I and CRE loans using the LaserPro system. * Support and manage the bank’s loan closing process to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes impacting the bank’s operations. * Coordinate with external counsel and assist in managing litigation and legal matters. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required * 5\+ years of legal experience, preferably in a commercial banking or financial services environment. * Active admission to a state bar and in good standing. * Strong written and verbal communication, along with solid interpersonal skills.
