In-House Corporate/M&A Lawyer

**Toronto (Remote/Hybrid) \| 8\-10 years** Our client is a digital healthcare company focused on positively impacting health outcomes by leveraging technology to empower healthcare practitioners and patients worldwide. To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a Corporate/M\&A Lawyer to serve as the primary lead on deal flow and drive internal M\&A/Deal\-making initiatives. In this exciting new role, this lawyer will act as a strategic business partner to the Clinic and Diagnostic business leads, along with the broader Corporate Development team, and Law Department. Where capacity allows, this lawyer will also support other M\&A, strategic partnerships and new initiatives across the company. Tech and healthcare regulatory experience is preferred, and versatility and skill in all areas of Legal AI is expected.
