The instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering high\-quality lessons designed to help students excel in the IELTS exam. Duties include developing lesson plans, conducting mock tests, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The instructor will foster an engaging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring students achieve their target band scores within defined timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct engaging and interactive IELTS preparation classes. * Develop structured lesson plans covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules. * Prepare and administer mock tests and practice sessions. * Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing personalised feedback. * Motivate and guide students to achieve their desired IELTS scores within set timelines. * Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports. * Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and teaching methodologies. **Qualifications:** * Proficiency in English teaching and IELTS preparation. * TESOL or equivalent certification (preferred). * Experience in designing engaging lesson plans and using creative teaching techniques. * Strong understanding of teaching methodologies for English as a foreign language. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Bachelor’s degree in English, education, or a related field. * Ability to effectively mentor and support students in achieving their goals. * Knowledge of Oxford ELLT, PTE, and TOEFL is a plus. **What We Offer:** * Market competitive salary package. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity to grow within a reputable and international organisation.
