The IELTS Instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering comprehensive lessons tailored to IELTS standards, developing lesson plans, and providing guidance to help students improve their English language skills. The role involves assessing individual student needs, creating personalized action plans, monitoring progress, and offering constructive feedback to prepare students effectively for the IELTS exam. **Qualifications** * Strong expertise in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language * Proficiency in Lesson Planning and delivery of structured English\-language instruction * Practical experience and knowledge of IELTS test preparation strategies * Demonstrated ability in effective Teaching and engaging classroom management * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field * Certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are preferred * Prior experience as an IELTS trainer is an advantage
