**A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic**
**Responsibilities**
* Assist our Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs) and operations team by phone and email to ensure technical issues related to our IDC portal and systems are resolved on time
* Liaise with the IT helpdesk, IDC Team and operations as required
* Manage IDC support mailbox, tickets and then all cases in our different systems
* Ensure correct processes and documentation are followed by the IDC
* Remedy situations during working hours or after, when necessary;
* Other IDC duties as assigned from time to time
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED minimum;
* Prior related support experience preferred;
* Skilled in use of personal computers and software applications (Technology\-savvy)
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
* Proven customer service experience and passion for helping others
* Strong service\-oriented mentality with the ability to actively listen and troubleshoot
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent Interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and administrative skill The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan\-Canadian stakeholders.
* Must be available 40 hours/week (1 year contract)
