The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee onboarding/offboarding, and performance management systems. Key responsibilities include developing fostering a positive work culture, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and addressing employee relations matters. Additionally, the HR Manager will contribute to organizational development, benefits administration, and staff training initiatives. **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding/Offboarding processes * Proficiency in HR Policies, Labor Compliance, and Employee Relations management * Competency in Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Training Delivery * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism * Proficiency in HR\-related software and tools * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus * Experience working in IT or technology\-driven organizations is an advantage
