**Job Title: Human Resources Manager**
**Job Type: Permanent position, Hybrid, Calgary, Alberta**
**Job Salary: $100,000 \- $125,000 / Year depending on experience.**
**Position Overview**
Our client is seeking a hands\-on HR leader to build and scale the HR function within a national, multi\-site operational business. This role will focus heavily on labour relations, policy development, and implementing foundational HR processes in a transitioning environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in building structure from the ground up and partnering closely with leadership to drive change.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead employee and labour relations across multiple airport locations
• Support union\-related matters, including active unionization efforts
• Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks
• Establish performance management processes
• Support payroll and HRIS implementation (Ceridian)
• Partner with leadership on organizational structure and change initiatives
• Provide guidance on Canadian labour law and compliance
• Act as a strategic HR partner to founders and operational leadership
**About You**
• 6\+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong labour relations experience in unionized environments
• Solid understanding of Canadian employment legislation
• Experience working in operational, multi\-site environments preferred
• CPHR designation considered an asset
• Background in aviation, construction, or industrial environments is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently and build processes from scratch
