Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities: \- Lead and manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process \- Identify, attract, and hire top talent aligned with business goals \- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives \- Oversee onboarding and employee engagement processes \- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices Working Hours: \- Evening / Night Shift \- 5:30 PM onwards (9 hours shift, including breaks) \- 45 hours per week Requirements: \- Proven experience in HR management and recruitment \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Ability to handle multiple roles and hiring pipelines efficiently \- Experience in fast\-paced environments is a plus Salary Range: PKR 120,000 – 170,000 (based on experience) 📍 Location: On\-Site 📩 Apply now or send your resume via DM
