**HR Executive/ Talent Acquisition Specialist**
**Location:**
DHA Phase 8, Plot 45 \- D Block, Opposite to Bank Habib Metro, Lahore
**Shift:**
4pm \- 1am
**Salary: 150k\-200k**
**This position is Office Based (Cannot be remote)**
**Position Overview:**
Transpotech is seeking a skilled and proactive
**Talent Acquisition / HR Specialist**
to join our growing team. This role is critical to identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance. You will manage end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
**Job Description**
● Identify and source top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
● Conduct interviews, assessments, and manage the hiring process end\-to\-end.
● Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
● Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
● Manage employee relations and support performance management initiatives.
● Conduct performance reviews and assist in career development planning.
● Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
● Handle HR reporting, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
**Job Requirements**
●
**Bachelor's Degree**
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Proven experience in
**Recruitment and HR Administration**
.
**● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.**
● Proficiency in
**HR software**
and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Ability to work in a
**fast\-paced environment**
and manage multiple priorities.
● At least 5\+ years of Experience in
**Tech or BPO industry**
