**Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources \& Admin**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Organize

such as Fun Fridays, birthday celebrations, and festival events.
* Manage
**HR MIS \& vendor relationships**

* Draft and implement
**HR policies**
to align with business goals.
* Oversee
**daily administrative functions**
of the office and workshop.
**Skills \& Experience:**
* **Relevant HR \& Admin experience**
in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of
**payroll, compliance, and HR operations**

* Ability to manage
**multiple responsibilities efficiently**

* Experience in
**employee engagement and grievance handling**
