This is a high\-ownership role with a direct line to senior leadership — you'll shape how we hire, how we operate, and how we grow. If you're someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and wants to build an HR function that actually moves the needle, this role is for you. **What You'll Do** * Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding — sourcing top talent, running structured hiring processes, and setting new hires up for success from day one * Design and execute performance management frameworks that drive accountability and growth * Develop and enforce HR policies compliant with labor laws and aligned with our culture * Manage employee relations with fairness and discretion — resolving workplace concerns effectively * Plan and run employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and team\-building activities * Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure full compliance with organizational and legal standards **What We're Looking For** * 4\+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, including hands\-on talent acquisition * Strong background in performance management, employee relations, and policy development * Solid understanding of labor law compliance and organizational standards * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) * Experience in short\-term rental or property management is a strong plus **Compensation \& Benefits** We offer a highly competitive, market\-leading salary.
