Overview
A growing organization is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage people operations and recruiting while supporting a fast\-paced, performance\-driven environment. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle and partners closely with leadership to strengthen culture, compliance, and workforce planning. The position also emphasizes the use of modern tools, including AI, to improve HR efficiency and decision\-making.
Responsibilities
* Lead day\-to\-day HR operations, employee relations, and policy management
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
* Oversee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
* Manage performance review processes and support manager development
* Own full\-cycle recruiting across creative, operational, and corporate roles
* Partner with leadership on hiring plans, workforce needs, and compensation
* Utilize AI and HR technology to streamline recruiting, reporting, and analytics
* Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
* 5\+ years of HR experience, including recruiting ownership
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Experience implementing or using HR systems, ATS, or AI tools
* Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands\-on execution
* Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills
Preferred
* Experience in a creative, service\-driven, or high\-expectation environment
* Familiarity with modern HR technology and data\-driven HR practices
