HR Manager (12 months FTC) Brampton, Ontario $80,000 \- $90,000 \+ Training \+ Progression \+ Excellent Benefits An excellent role on offer for an HR Manager looking to join one of Canada’s largest manufacturers in their industry, where undergo excellent training and development, whilst working for a company that will look after you. Have you got experience working within a manufacturing environment? Have you got experience using ADP Software? This global leading company specialize in manufacturing a variety of products to a range of different industries. They have 13 manufacturing sites across North America, and they have acquired two companies in early 2024\. They have further expansion plans in place for 2026, and they are looking for an HR Manager who will be pivotal to this growth. In this onsite role, you will oversee all HR related activities across multiple sites, play a key role in labor relations be instrumental in building relationships blue collar and senior level colleagues. You will also create hiring strategies, working with operations and ensuring smooth transition with onboarding process.
