The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include coordinating performance reviews, workplace training programs, and ensuring legal compliance with labor regulations. The role demands proactive engagement with teams to foster a positive work environment and support organizational growth. **Qualifications** * Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and labor law compliance * Experience with recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding * Skills in performance management, employee development, and workplace training * Proficiency in maintaining HR records and using HR management systems * Effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities * Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism * Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Relevant certifications in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM\-CP) are a plus * Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within HR functions
