Job Description
**We are working with an SME in Florida** who are looking for an experienced and detail‑driven **HR Manager / HR Business Partner** to join their People team and support their growing US operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, scaling environment and enjoys being hands‑on while partnering strategically with business leaders. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, and upholding US employment legislation. If you’re someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy, we’d love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws across the US * Lead on employee relations matters, including investigations and escalation management. * Advise senior leaders on performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations. * Drive performance management processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals. * Maintain, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. * Support payroll and reporting activities, including promotions, compensation changes, and job updates within TriNet. * Prepare, analyse, and maintain regular HR KPI reporting. * Manage HR systems, ensuring accurate tracking of timesheets, time‑off, and employee data for US staff. * Provide leadership across HR operations, benefits administration, and compliance. * Reduce organizational risk through proactive HR practices. * Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement process enhancements. **Key Experience \& Skills** * Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices. * Experience partnering with senior leadership in a dynamic, high‑growth environment. * Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching abilities. * Proven ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the business. * Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Experience with TriNet is highly desirable.
