Human Resources Manager (Medical/Healthcare)

**Job Title:** HR Manager (Medical/Healthcare) **Location: Dubai \- UAE (ONSITE)** **Job Summary:** The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within a healthcare organization, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and onboarding of medical and non\-medical staff * Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, labor regulations, and accreditation standards * Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions * Develop HR policies and maintain employee records * Oversee training, credentialing, and performance evaluations * Manage payroll, benefits, and staff scheduling coordination * Support organizational culture and staff retention initiatives **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * CHRM or CIPD certification preferred. * Minimum of 8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. * Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations. * Proven experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution. * Experience in developing HR policies and building HR processes. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. * Strong organizational and decision\-making skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
