**Job Title:**
HR Manager (Medical/Healthcare)
**Job Summary:**
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within a healthcare organization, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage recruitment and onboarding of medical and non\-medical staff
* Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, labor regulations, and accreditation standards
* Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
* Develop HR policies and maintain employee records
* Oversee training, credentialing, and performance evaluations
* Manage payroll, benefits, and staff scheduling coordination
* Support organizational culture and staff retention initiatives
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* Experience in healthcare or hospital HR preferred
* Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare compliance standards
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills
