Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the full recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to negotiating offers • Align with hiring managers for the onboarding process • Act as a point of contact for legal and employment issues across various countries • Coordinate various HR activities (performance reviews, succession planning, salary reviews, policy updates) • Provide guidance to leadership on various employee development topics • Assist with HR administration (benefits plans and contracts, HRIS support, reporting and audits) • Work with finance to conduct payroll related items Key Qualifications: • 3\-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably internationally • Certified human resource designations • Experience with conflict resolution, change management, policy development • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts and material • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Sound like you?
