Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager will lead the HR team and oversee all aspects of performance management, recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, HR operations, and strategic HR projects. **Position Availability: (Select One)** * This posting is for a vacancy within the organization **What’s In It For You?** * Base Salary Range: $80,000 \- $100,000 * Comprehensive Benefits Package * RRSP with Matching * Professional Development Reimbursements * Fitness/Gym Reimbursements * Company Discounts on Products * Relocation Assistance Available **What You’ll Be Responsible For:** * Leading, coaching, and developing the HR team to ensure strong performance and growth. * Championing a culture of high performance and collaboration across the organization. * Overseeing the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback. * Supporting managers in coaching, team development, and succession planning. * Collaborating with leaders to assess staffing needs and maintain strong talent pipelines. * Supporting retention, engagement, and long‑term talent development initiatives. * Facilitating leadership coaching, career development, and skill‑building initiatives. * Evaluating training effectiveness and recommending enhancements. * Supporting improvements to payroll processes to ensure accuracy of HR operations. * Overseeing benefits administration and contributing to total rewards planning. * Ensuring organizational compliance with ESA standards and health \& safety regulations. * Providing subject‑matter guidance on HR policies and best practices. **The Ideal Candidate:** * Post\-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields. * 5\+ years of HR experience in a management or supervisory capacity. * CHRP or CHRL designations are considered a strong asset. * Strong working knowledge of ESA regulations. * Direct previous experience with HRIS, ATS, and Payroll Systems. * Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and coaching capabilities. * Detail\-oriented, organized, proactive, and highly analytical.
