**Role Overview:**
The selected candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while working closely with the Canada head office to support overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the recruitment and selection process
* Manage HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation
* Oversee performance evaluations and handle disciplinary matters
* Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
* Support staff development, training, and engagement initiatives
* Act as a liaison with the Canadian head office on HR\-related matters
Eligibility Criteria:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
* 3–5 years of relevant HR experience (experience in travel or hospitality is an advantage)
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills
* Professional approach to handling confidential information
* Night duty from 4:00 PM till 12:00 AM
