Human Resources Manager

**We are Hiring: HR Manager – UAE (GCC Operations)** We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **HR Manager** to lead and manage our HR operations across the **UAE and wider GCC region** . This is a critical role responsible for ensuring compliance, smooth HR operations, and strategic workforce management. **Location:** Dubai, UAE 6 working days (On\-site, 5 days a week, Remote\-1 day) **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end HR operations for UAE and GCC region * Ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations and UAE Labour Laws * Handle visa processing, quota management, and employee lifecycle documentation * Oversee employment contracts, renewals, and compliance frameworks * Manage payroll preparation, timesheets, and employee benefits (insurance) * Liaise with PROs and government authorities for labour and immigration matters * Maintain HR policies aligned with local laws and company standards * Support audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting * Drive HR best practices across multiple geographies **Key Requirements:** * Proven experience as an HR Manager in the UAE/GCC region * Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and compliance requirements * Hands\-on experience with visa processing, MOHRE, payroll, and contracts * Ability to manage multi\-country HR operations * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience working in a fast\-paced, multi\-regional environment **Good to Have:** * Knowledge of labour laws in KSA, Qatar, and Oman * Experience handling HR for staffing / consulting businesses * Exposure to multi\-country compliance and workforce structuring
