As a growing company, we aim to redefine the real estate experience with professional excellence and customer\-focused services. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Dubai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, ensuring legal compliance in HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, resolving employee concerns, and supporting organizational development initiatives that align with company objectives. **Qualifications** * Strong background in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning. * Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development. * Proficiency in HR Policies and Compliance, including understanding regional labor laws. * Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Leadership Development. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem\-solving abilities. * Previous experience with HR software and tools is highly desirable. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus). * Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage. * Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. **Responsibilities** * Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor law. * Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. * Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. * Support management with HR strategies to improve team performance and retention. * Coordinate training and development programs for employees. * Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies. * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. **Requirements** * Proven experience in Human Resources within the UAE (real estate experience is a plus). * Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage confidential information professionally. * Candidates from the **United Kingdom are highly preferred.** **Benefits** * Professional and supportive work environment. * Opportunity to grow within a fast\-growing real estate company. * Competitive compensation package. * Visa. **Salary** * Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
